In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering an account on zh666, accessing any part of the zh666 Platform, placing any bet or wager, or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and zh666. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the zh666 Platform and must not create or maintain a zh666 account.
2.3 zh666 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. 3.1 Minimum Age. Participation in any real-money gaming or betting activity on zh666 is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 4.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual Player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) registered account on zh666. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether registered under different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, CNIC numbers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. zh666 employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts and void all related balances upon detection.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, current, complete, and accurate information during zh666 registration and to update your account information promptly in the event of any change. Providing false or misleading information to zh666 — including a false name, false date of birth, or false CNIC details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zh666 login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered device. You must not share your zh666 account credentials with any other person. zh666 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.4 Unauthorised Access. If you believe your zh666 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify zh666 immediately via [email protected]. zh666 will temporarily lock the account pending investigation upon receipt of such a report.
4.5 Non-Transferable. zh666 accounts are personal to the registered Player and are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your zh666 account or any balance therein to another person.
5.1 zh666 is required by its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal. The KYC process requires Players to submit the following documentation through the zh666 account verification portal:

6.2 Own Funds Only. Players must only deposit funds that belong to them. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, third-party accounts, or funds obtained through fraudulent means is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.
6.3 Currency. All deposits on zh666 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the selected payment method supports PKR. For USDT TRC20 deposits, the prevailing PKR/USDT exchange rate applied at the time of the transaction will be used to credit the Player's zh666 Real Money Balance in PKR.
6.4 Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to the Player's zh666 account in real time in the majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take 5–30 minutes to credit depending on the transferring institution. zh666 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
6.5 Failed Deposits. 7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. 10.2 zh666 reserves the right to void, suspend, or revise odds on any market in the event of a clear pricing error, the occurrence of an event that fundamentally affects the integrity of the market, or the detection of unusual betting patterns that suggest market manipulation or insider information.
10.3 All PSL (Pakistan Super League) betting markets are subject to the official match result as declared by the PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) and the relevant tournament authority. Where a match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or replayed, zh666 will apply the settlement rules published for that competition in the zh666 Sportsbook.
10.4 Live in-play betting markets on zh666 may be suspended at any time during an event at zh666's sole discretion, including during periods of on-field action, injury timeouts, or technical delays. Bets placed immediately prior to a suspension may be voided if the relevant automated system cannot confirm the bet was placed before the suspending event occurred.
11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zh666 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
12.1 zh666 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at its sole discretion without prior notice where zh666 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Player's activity poses a risk to zh666's compliance with its licence obligations; (c) the Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 11; or (d) the Player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a prescribed timeframe.
12.2 Upon closure of a zh666 account for regulatory or compliance reasons, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of any bonuses, promotional credits, and any amounts owed to zh666) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 30 calendar days, subject to completion of all pending verification checks.

15.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zh666's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of zh666 Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their zh666 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15.2 zh666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, or reputational harm — arising from a Player's use of zh666 Services, even where zh666 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
15.3 zh666 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of zh666 Services. zh666 will not be liable for any loss arising from such unavailability.
15.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude zh666's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zh666 holds its international gaming licence.
